By accessing or using lahoretutors.pk (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, students, parents, and tutors who use the Site.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a tutor or submit a tuition request. If you are a student under 18, your tuition request must be submitted by a parent or guardian, or with their consent and supervision.
Tutors registering on this Site must be genuine individuals offering real home tutoring services in Pakistan. Businesses, agencies, or tutoring centres may not register as individual tutors.
Registration as a tutor is free. By registering, you agree that your profile information — including your name, phone number, email address, subjects, areas, city, and bio — will be publicly displayed on the Site and may be indexed by search engines such as Google.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any tutor profile that is fake, misleading, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
Posting a tuition request on the Site is free and does not require creating an account. By submitting the request form, you confirm that the name, phone number, and other details you provide are accurate, and that you (or, if you are a parent or guardian submitting on behalf of a student, the student) consent to a tutor contacting you directly on WhatsApp or by phone.
Submitted requests are reviewed by the Site before being published. We may edit, reject, or remove any request that appears false, duplicate, abusive, or otherwise in violation of these terms.
Your phone number is hidden from public view and is only revealed to a tutor who pays to unlock your request (see Section 6). The Site is not responsible for how a tutor uses your contact details after unlocking them, though tutors are themselves bound by these Terms.
Submitting a tuition request is free, so there is nothing to refund. The Site does not guarantee that any tutor will unlock or respond to a submitted request — demand depends on subject, area, and budget, all of which are outside the Site's control.
Tokens are the currency used by tutors to unlock student job leads (tuition requests). Tokens are purchased via WhatsApp payment to the site admin. Current token packs:

You agree not to:
lahoretutors.pk is a directory and lead-sharing service. We connect students with tutors but we are not a party to any tutoring arrangement, employment agreement, or financial transaction between a student and a tutor.
We do not conduct background checks, verify academic qualifications, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any tutor listed on the Site. Our review process checks only that a profile appears genuine — it is not a character reference or qualification verification.
Parents and students are strongly advised to conduct their own due diligence before hiring a tutor — including meeting in a public place first, asking for references, and agreeing on terms in writing. lahoretutors.pk is not responsible for any harm, loss, dispute, or dissatisfaction arising from a tutoring arrangement made through this Site.
All Site content, design, code, and branding is owned by lahoretutors.pk. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without written permission.
Tutor profile content (bio, subjects, areas) is owned by the tutor but is licensed to lahoretutors.pk for public display on the Site and in search engine results.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
